Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with its original tags and packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to send the package.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all returns, including approved returns and returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Items sent to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, customized or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Please contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and, after the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If an order is shipped into the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer law.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with its original tags and packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the returned item and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer might require additional time to process and post the refund.
