Order preparation
Orders are prepared for shipment within two business days after payment confirmation. If an exceptional delay occurs, we will contact you by email.
Delivery in Azerbaijan
Local courier delivery to eligible Baku addresses costs AZN 10, with a minimum order of AZN 200. Postal delivery within Azerbaijan costs AZN 10 and is free for orders of AZN 200 or more. The estimated total postal delivery time, including processing, is 5–7 business days.
Free boutique pickup
Collect your order from Samad Vurghun str. 1, Baku, Azerbaijan. Orders are usually ready within two hours during pickup hours. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before visiting.
International delivery
Available destinations, shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays. We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
International orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). Import duties, taxes, customs clearance and carrier fees are paid by the recipient. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges.

Returns and exchanges
To request a return, email support@sacriaatelier.com within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging and proof of purchase. Please wait for authorization and instructions before sending anything back.
The customer pays return shipping, including for damaged, defective or incorrect items, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Sale items, gift cards and certain other products are excluded; applicable consumer rights and all exceptions are explained in the policy. For an exchange, return the original item and place a separate order after the return is accepted.
